我国现行刑法对贪污贿赂犯罪的规定与《反腐败公约》仍有一定的差距,笔者结合实践就贪污贿赂犯罪的定罪量刑标准完善提出肤浅的看法。
The existing criminal law of our country criminalizes the crime of embezzlement and bribery and the “Convention against Corruption” is still a certain gap, the author combines the practice of corruption and bribery conviction and sentencing standards to improve the superficial view.
