高压氧在临床上的应用,是现代医学的一项成就,从本世纪60年代开始,高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒,引起了临床的重视。国内外应用高压氧抢救和治疗急性一氧化碳中毒,均获显著效果。我院自1978年以来,共治疗一氧化碳中毒63例。一、临床资料:63例一氧化碳中毒病人,住院12例,其余为门诊病人。其中31例由于室内煤炉取暖不幸中毒;22例用天然气热水淋浴器洗澡中毒,
