和谐社会的形成需要有与之相适应的道德体系,而严重的道德缺失会阻碍社会的良性发展。和谐社会的形成不仅需要健全的社会法制,而且也需要规范的道德准则。社会转型时期的道德缺失问题既与社会主义初级阶段的基本国情和全民教育体制有关,也与经济体制转轨过程中出现的诸多不和谐因素有关。本文就道德缺失问题进行多方面探讨,并提出解决问题的对策。
The formation of a harmonious society requires a moral system that is compatible with it, while a serious lack of morality will hinder the sound development of society. The formation of a harmonious society requires not only a sound social legal system, but also a normative code of ethics. The problem of moral absence in the period of social transformation is not only related to the basic national conditions of the initial stage of socialism and the education for all, but also to the many discordant factors that have emerged during the transition of economic system. This article explores the issue of morality in many aspects and proposes solutions to the problems.
