目的 验证院内制剂止泻散 (以下称止泻散 )配合点刺四缝穴、捏脊治疗小儿慢性腹泻之疗效。方法 将 14 1例小儿慢性腹泻分为两组 ,治疗组 72例 ,在止泻散及对症 ,支持治疗基础上配合点刺四缝穴、捏脊治疗。对照组 6 9例仅以止泻散及对症支持治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 93 1% ,对照组总有效率 78 3% ,两组对照P值小于 0 0 5。结论 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,且未发现不良反应 ,疗效安全可靠 ,值得推广应用
Objective To verify the hospital preparation Zhixie San (hereinafter referred to as antidiarrheal powder) with points Sifu points, chiropractic treatment of children with chronic diarrhea. Methods One hundred and forty-one cases of chronic diarrhea in children were divided into two groups, 72 cases in treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Zhili Siqiu acupoint and chiropractic treatment on the basis of Zhixie San and symptomatic and supportive therapy. The control group of 69 cases only Zhixie San and symptomatic and supportive treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.1% in the treatment group and 78.3% in the control group. The P value of the two groups was less than 0.05. Conclusion The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and no adverse reactions, the effect is safe and reliable, it is worth to promote the application
