正确实施跨区域应急救援组织指挥,按照等级进行调派,增强消防部队跨区域应急救援处置能力,建立科学合理、组织到位、分工明确、协调一致的现场组织指挥体系,确保现场处置过程的有序展开,是灭火救援战斗成功的关键要素。本文主要分析消防应急救援指挥体系现状及存在的问题,结合跨区域灭火作战行动的特点,探讨如何建立跨区域应急救援作战现场处置组织结构,规范构建跨区域应急救援指挥体系,提高跨区域作战能力。
