1971年春,我随受政治迫害的丈夫贾长明从甘肃兰州回到了山西临汾。开始,我们被安排住在地委的一个大杂院,后搬到了向阳路干休所。当时杨尚昆夫妇正好也住在此院,就住在我们隔壁。听到此消息,我们一家人都很高兴。早在1937年,我丈夫在北方局党校学习,杨尚昆是当时北方局的书记,他们很早就相识,没想到几十年过后竟成了邻居。
In the spring of 1971, my husband Jia Changming, who was subjected to political persecution, returned to Linfen, Shanxi, from Lanzhou, Gansu. Initially, we were arranged to live in a large commune in the prefectural committee before moving to the Xiangyang Road Retirement Hall. At that time Yang Shangkun couple just lived in this hospital, they live next door to us. We are all very happy to hear this news. As early as 1937, my husband was studying at the Party School of the Northern Bureau of Foreign Affairs. Yang Shangkun, secretary of the Northern Bureau of that time, met very early and did not expect to become a neighbor after decades.
