详细研究了滴汞电极上黄体酮的还原反应。当其浓度介于1.6×10~(-5)～6.4×10~(-5)M之间时,则与峰电流值成线性关系。提出了两种差分脉冲极谱法供测定用,并已成功地应用于其油液(供注射用)的分析。测定下限为9.6×10~(-7)M。
The reduction of progesterone on the drop mercury electrode was studied in detail. When the concentration is between 1.6 × 10 -5 and 6.4 × 10 -5 M, the peak current value is linear. Two differential pulse polarography methods were proposed for determination and have been successfully applied to the analysis of their fluids for injection. The lower limit of determination is 9.6 × 10 -7 M.
