Xinjiang’s efficiency refers in particular to the fact that Xinjiang, in its promotion of leapfrog development and long-term peace and stability, has given full play to its proactiveness in fulfilling the historic mission entrusted by the Central Government and wholeheartedly serving the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. The sense of urgency to work hard to myself and do my part in the responsibility to creatively carry out the work with the concept of change, change and innovation.
