近年来,扁球形沼气池越来越受到广大用户的欢迎,我地区建该型池已达2000多个,其优点是: ①全池无折角,无蜂窝麻面,结构合理,受力状态好; ②工序简单,操作方便; ③池内倒抹水泥沙浆由三次减为一次;降低了技术难度; ④增加了池外密封工艺,提高了气密性; ⑤气室内外双密封,漏气率不超过3％。人们称扁球形沼气池建池工艺为“双保险工艺”,施工要点如下(参见图1)。一、选择池址:池址应根据村镇规划统一安排,要选在背风向阳、土质坚实均匀、无不良土层(如挖过地道、菜窖)、地下水位低、利用太阳能方便的地
