目前在工程地质钻进过程中,不管出现何种卡夹钻(钻具、套管),使用什么型号的钻机钻进,多数都是凭借设备自身之能力来进行处理的。如:凭借钻机卷筒提升进行强拉硬吊;采用反滑车增强拉力的做法进行起拔套管;采用千斤顶法;采用反击锤法;炸药爆破法等等。这些方法虽都有一定的效果,但是都存在不少缺点毛病,为了提高钻探效率,本文提出几种处理卡夹钻方法,供同志们参考。
At present, in the process of engineering geological drilling, whatever type of drilling rig is drilled, no matter what kind of clip drills (drilling tools, casings) appear, most of them are handled by virtue of their own capabilities. Such as: with the rig reel lifting strong pull hard crane; use the anti-sliding puller to enhance the practice of pulling up the casing; using jack method; using counterattack hammer; explosives blasting and so on. Although these methods have a certain effect, but there are many drawbacks, in order to improve the drilling efficiency, this paper proposes several methods of processing clip drilling, for reference by comrades.
