关于混凝土防水屋面板的耐久性问题

为丁巩固和提高这项结构改革成果,以利进一步推广,1974年,国家建委建筑科学研究院会同四川省建工局,甘肃省第一建筑工程局,湖北工业建筑设计院,五机部第五设计院,上海市建筑科学研究所,上海油毡厂等二十四个单位,对使用量大、问题反映较多的预应力单槽瓦和预应力保温板屋面,以及屋面防水涂料进行了大量的调查、实浏、试验研究和鉴定工作。并分别召开了屋面防水涂料,预应力保温板屋面,以及预应力单槽瓦崖面技术讨论会,总结设计与施工经脸,评定技术性能,明确使用范围,提出了改善轻型屋面工程质童的建议。为了积极发展钢筋混凝土轻型屋面,进一步发动群众,认真总结这方面的实残经脸,现将反面调查组所写的有关资料加以整理刊出(有的将在本刊《施工技术》、《建筑设计》分册发表),供读者参考。 In order to consolidate and improve the results of this structural reform to facilitate further promotion, in 1974, the National Construction Science Research Institute of the National Construction Association together with the Sichuan Provincial Construction and Industry Bureau, the First Construction Engineering Bureau of Gansu Province, and the Hubei Institute of Industrial Architectural Design, the five-machine department Five design institutes, Shanghai Institute of Building Research, Shanghai Oil Felt Factory, and other 24 units, conducted a large number of prestressed single-slot tiles and pre-stressed insulation board roofs, as well as roofing waterproof coatings, which used a large number of problems and reflected many problems.
