安全工作一直是石化码头管理的重中之重,在完成以往安全管理工作的基础上,公司不断创新、改进工作方法,通过五日滚动互动计划、看板管理、安全技术应用、MES检查和安全质量评估制度等方法,有效提高了事故预防控制能力。1.安全管理工作创新实践1.1MES检查制度MES检查是2010年公司采用的新的安全检查方法。M代表领导,负责检查公司制度、人员管理等方面的安全隐患。E代表专业技术人员,负责检查现场及办公区域所存在的专业性的安全问题、安全隐患。S代表员工,MES检查将检查人员分成了领导组、专业组和员工代表组,负责检查员工观察报告采纳项的整改落实情况以及现场工作
