探讨以问题为基础的学习法（PBL）在医学细胞生物学教学中的效果。在医学细胞生物学教学中,自2013年入学的临床医学专业学生中随机选取一个班采用PBL教学法,与采用传统讲授法（LBL）的两个班就教学效果进行比较。实验组的考试成绩并未高于对照组（P〉0.05）,但调查问卷显示PBL教学法能够显著增强学生独立思考的能力和表达能力,提高学生的学习兴趣,促进自学和加强团队精神。PBL教学法虽然对短期内提升成绩未见明显效果,但是在提高学生学习兴趣和能力上优于传统讲授法。
