采用真空单辊甩带法制备出成分为(Zr_(56)Al_(16)CO_(28))100-xYx(x=0,2,4)的合金试样,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、电化学极化曲线和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了该合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,该合金耐腐蚀性优于不锈钢1Cr_(18)Ni_9Ti和(Cu_(47)Zr_(11)Ti_(34)Ni_(8))_(99)Cr_1,且适量的添加Y显著提高了该合金的耐腐蚀性。
The alloy samples with (Zr_ (56) Al_ (16) CO_ (28)) 100-xYx (x = 0, 2 and 4) were prepared by vacuum single roll rejection method and characterized by X-ray diffraction Electrochemical polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) study of the alloy corrosion behavior in 3.5% NaCl solution. The results show that the corrosion resistance of this alloy is better than 1Cr_ (18) Ni_9Ti and (Cu_ (47) Zr_ (11) Ti_ (34) Ni_ (8)) _ (99) Cr_1 in 3.5% NaCl solution, The addition of Y significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
