目的调查新疆北屯地区蚊虫孳生地的情况,在此基础上进行生物防治研究。方法在北屯地区广泛调查各种水体,幼虫密度采用捞勺法,对生物药剂Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.israelensiss(简称Bti)进行室内生测和野外试验。结果北屯地区蚊虫主要孳生水体有排碱渠水体、洪水性水体和漫灌林带水体,其幼虫的平均密度分别为68.6、92.3和184.4只/500 ml。Bti药剂室内生测LC50和LC90分别为0.055和0.198 mg/L,野外试验48 h防效可达96%。结论北屯地区孳生地蚊虫密度较高,Bti药剂对蚊幼虫有较好防效。
Objective To investigate the situation of mosquito breeding sites in Beitun, Xinjiang, and to study the biological control based on this. Methods A wide range of water bodies were investigated in Beitun. The density of larvae was scooped by a spoon method, and the bioassay of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. Israelensiss (Bti) was carried out in laboratory and field experiment. Results The average larval density of mosquito breeding ground in Beitun was 68.6, 92.3 and 184.4 / 500 ml, respectively. The indoor test LC50 and LC90 of Bti pharmacy were 0.055 and 0.198 mg / L, respectively, and the control efficacy of field test 48 h was 96%. Conclusion The density of mosquitoes breeding in Beitun area is relatively high. Bti medicament has good control effect on mosquito larvae.
