目的探讨加味聚精食疗方结合电针督脉对少弱精子症大鼠附睾谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GPx)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法 80只健康SD雄性大鼠,随机分为G1组(正常组)、G2组(模型组)、G3组(加味聚精食疗方组)和G4组(加味聚精食疗方联合电针督脉组),每组20只。除G1组常规饮食外,其他组均采用雷公藤多甙片悬混液连续给予大鼠灌胃26 d造成少弱精子症模型。G3组采用加味聚精食疗方灌胃,G4组采用加味聚精食疗方灌胃联合电针督脉。观察四组GPx活性降低及MDA水平。结果与G1组比较,G2组、G3组、G4组附睾GPx活性降低,MDA水平升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与G2组比较,G3组与G4组附睾GPx活性升高,MDA水平降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。G4组附睾GPx活性(80.79±5.72)U/mg高于G3组(70.92±3.35)U/mg,MDA水平(14.46±2.36)nmol/mg低于G3组(18.16±1.57)nmol/mg,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论少弱精子症大鼠附睾GPx活性降低,MDA水平升高。加味聚精食疗方联合电针督脉可一定程度提高其附睾GPx活性,降低MDA水平,从而改善附睾微环境和调控效应,加快精子成熟,提高生育力。
Objective To investigate the effects of Modified Polysaccharide plus electroacupuncture on the epididymal glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in oligoasthenospermia rats. Methods Eighty healthy SD male rats were randomly divided into G1 group (normal group), G2 group (model group), G3 group (treated group) and G4 group Group), 20 in each group. In addition to the conventional diet of the G1 group, other groups were treated with tripterygium glycosides suspension suspension continuous administration of rats for 26 days caused oligozoospermia model. The G3 group was given gavage concentrates and the G4 group was gavage combined with electro-acupuncturing vessels. Four groups were observed GPx activity and MDA levels. Results Compared with the G1 group, the GPx activity of the epididymis in G2 group, G3 group and G4 group decreased and the MDA level increased (P <0.01). Compared with G2 group, the GPx activity of epididymal in G3 group and G4 group increased High and MDA levels decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). The GPx activity (80.79 ± 5.72) U / mg in the G4 group was significantly higher than that in the G3 group (70.92 ± 3.35 U / mg) and the MDA level was 14.46 ± 2.36 nmol / mg lower than that in the G3 group (18.16 ± 1.57 nmol / mg) All were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The GPx activity of epididymis in rats with oligoasthenospermia is decreased and MDA level is increased. Jiaweifu diet combined with electroacupunurin can increase the activity of epididymis GPx to a certain extent, reduce the level of MDA, so as to improve the microenvironment and regulation effect of epididymis, accelerate sperm maturation and increase fertility.
