研究了GH30镍基高温合金在静载荷下在1023K不同气氛中的蠕变裂纹扩展行为。结果表明:低应力强度因子区域,在10%SO_2+空气中的da/dt比空气中的高;高应力强度因子区域的da/dt,则与上述相反。对断口进行了分析,并讨论了蠕变裂纹扩展机制以及硫、氧的影响。
The creep crack growth behavior of GH30 nickel-base superalloy under static load at 1023K was studied. The results show that da / dt in 10% SO2 + air is higher than that in air at low stress intensity region, and da / dt in high stress intensity region is the opposite. The fracture is analyzed and the mechanism of creep crack propagation and the influence of sulfur and oxygen are discussed.
