创新文化是中科院知识创新工程的五大目标之一,是武汉植物所知识创新工程健康发展和顺利实施的重要动力。2002年5月武汉植物所被确定为院知识创新工程试点单位,所领导与时俱进,团结一心,带领全所职工以实践“三个代表”为指导思想努力提升创新文化内涵,凝聚了人心,确保武汉植物所知识创新工程的顺利进行。在一年多的实践中,在价值导向、精神氛围与形象标识、规章制度与行为规范、园区建设三个层面开展了深入、系统的工作,已初步建立了与之相适应的创新文化体系,取得了较显著的成效。
Innovative culture is one of the five major goals of the CAS Knowledge Innovation Project and an important driving force for the healthy development and smooth implementation of the knowledge innovation project of Wuhan Botanical Garden. In May 2002, Wuhan Institute of Botany was identified as pilot unit of hospital knowledge innovation project. The leaders are advancing with the times and working together to lead all staff and workers to take “three represents” as their guiding ideology to promote the innovation culture connotation and unite People's hearts, to ensure that Wuhan plant knowledge innovation project smoothly. In more than one year's practice, we have conducted in-depth and systematic work in the three aspects of value orientation, spirit atmosphere and image identification, rules and regulations, codes of conduct and the construction of the park. The innovative cultural system has been initially established, Achieved more significant results.
