1979年我科与兖州生物制药厂协作,用动物的颌下淋巴浸出液制成注射剂(厂定名称为〈7912〉)。经动物实验证明无毒性、无致敏反应。我科临床用于治疗复发性口疮132例。病例选择:复发性口疮每月至少复发一次,病史在二年以上的患者。其中病史在2～8年的42例,4～5年57例,6～10年22例,11年以上的11例;每月复发1～2次者105例,口腔溃疡不断者27例;男性94例,女性38例。年龄:14～16岁的2例,17～24岁16例,25～30岁54例,31～45岁33例,46岁以上的27例。
In 1979, our company cooperated with Yanzhou Biopharmaceutical Factory to make injection with submandibular lymphatic fluid of animal (factory name is <7912>). Animal experiments proved non-toxic, no allergic reactions. Our department is used to treat 132 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Case Selection: recurrent aphthas recur at least once a month, history of patients in more than two years. Among them, 42 cases were from 2 to 8 years, 57 cases from 4 to 5 years, 22 cases from 6 to 10 years and 11 cases over 11 years. There were 105 cases with recurrence 1 ~ 2 times per month and 27 cases with persistent oral ulcers. 94 males and 38 females. Age: 2 cases of 14 to 16 years old, 16 cases of 17 to 24 years old, 54 cases of 25 to 30 years old, 33 cases of 31 to 45 years old, 27 cases over the age of 46.
