目前,我国钨选矿厂较少对粗块矿石进行取样,因为粗块矿石存在着块度大、矿量多、黑钨矿呈粗细不均匀嵌布等特性,与细粒物料的取样和样品加工比较,不但取样的难度大,而且其样品加工也是一个比较烦琐的工作。大吉山钨矿在多年生产实践的基础上逐步总结经验,建立了比较合理的取样及样品加工流程,现叙述如下。一、对原设计样品加工流程的分析加工样品时,为了减少因粒度过大而引起的误差,通常采用三段破碎和缩分流程加工样品。本矿原来的样品加工流程就是三段破碎和缩分流程。它如图1所示。该样品加工流程的试样(粉碎前)总缩分比为1/800,破碎比30,-5毫米粒径样品
