目前,国外一些新型的凿岩机都自带消音器,但是,许多旧式的正在矿山使用的凿岩机却都没有消音装置。美国矿山局降低噪音研究小组和 Ozark 铝公司共同研制了一种用于该公司所属矿山凿岩台车旧式凿岩机上的小型消音器。通过实验室和现场生产试验,证明消音效果良好,排气噪音从116分贝降低到101分贝,已经达到自带消音装置的新型风动或液压凿岩机正常工作的水平;消音器内部没有结冰堵塞现象;对凿岩性能没有任何影响。试验是用 Joy、RPD(旋转冲击式)凿岩机进行的,可以肯定,这种消音器同样适用于其它形式的风动钻机。
At present, some new foreign rock drills have their own silencers, however, many of the old rock drills that are being used in mines do not have a silencer. The U.S. Bureau of Minerals Noise Reduction and the Ozark Aluminum Company jointly developed a small silencer for the company’s mine rock drilling rig old rock drill. Passing laboratory and field production tests proved that the silencer works well and the exhaust noise is reduced from 116 dB to 101 dB, which has reached the normal working level of the new pneumatic or hydraulic rock drill equipped with silencer; there is no ice jam in the silencer ; No impact on rock drilling performance. The tests were carried out with a Joy, RPD rock drill and it is safe to say that this silencer is equally suitable for other types of pneumatic drilling rigs.
