《草原》是内蒙古文联主办的文学期刊,是自治区唯一一家省级汉文文学月刊。创刊于新中国成立后的第二年,1950年10月,只比《人民文学》晚一年,至今已有58年的历史。不但在全国5个民族自治区中是创刊最早的文学刊物,而且在全国省市中也是最早创刊的文学刊物之一。除了在“文革”中停刊数年外,一直站在文学的前沿。
“Prairie” is a literary journal sponsored by Inner Mongolia Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the only monthly provincial-level Chinese literary magazine in the autonomous region. Founded in the second year after the founding of New China, in October 1950, it was only 58 years after the People’s Literature. It is not only one of the earliest literary publications in the five ethnic autonomous regions in China, but also one of the earliest literary publications in the provinces and cities nationwide. Apart from stopping for a few years in the “Cultural Revolution”, he has been at the forefront of literature.
