岱山县位于舟山群岛中部,极端天气气候事件时有发生,台风、海上大风、大雾、雷击、暴雨等气象灾害种类较多,制约了全县经济社会的持续健康发展。近年来,岱山县牢固树立“防灾就是维稳,减灾就是增效”理念,积极探索海岛气象服务新渔农村建设的新路子,努力提高和提升渔农村依法防灾意识和科学避险能力。
Daishan County is located in the central part of Zhoushan Archipelago. Extreme weather and climate events occur frequently. There are many meteorological disasters, such as typhoon, sea gale, heavy fog, lightning strikes and torrential rain, which restrict the sustainable and healthy economic and social development in the county. In recent years, Daishan County has firmly established a new concept that “disaster prevention is stability maintenance and disaster reduction is efficiency enhancement.” We should actively explore new ways for island meteorological services to serve the construction of new fishing villages and make efforts to raise awareness of disaster prevention in accordance with the law and scientific hedging capabilities in fishing villages and rural areas .
