预防性口服氯化镁０．３３４和１．１０１ｇ·ｋｇ－１可延迟清醒大鼠室性心律失常的出现时间，并能显著降低室颤的发生率及死亡危险系数。结果显示预防性口服氯化镁有较好的抗清醒大鼠缺血性心律失常作用。
Preventive oral magnesium chloride 0.334 and 1.101g · kg-1 can delay the emergence of ventricular arrhythmias in awake rats, and can significantly reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation and death risk factors. The results showed that prophylactic oral magnesium chloride has better anti-awake rat ischemic arrhythmia.
