ERIC-PCR方法鉴定单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌研究

本研究工作共收集食物样品6种62份,从中分离单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌可疑菌落,用ERICPCR方法进行鉴定,并用国标生化方法验证.结果表明,两种鉴定方法结论完全一致.证明使用ERIC-PCR技术鉴定单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌是可行的,并且耗时短、操作简单.

In this study, a total of 62 food samples were collected from 6 kinds of food samples, from which the suspected colonies of Listeria monocytogenes were isolated and identified by ERICPCR method and verified by the national standard biochemical method.The results showed that the two identification methods were completely consistent. Identification of Listeria monocytogenes using ERIC-PCR technology is feasible and time-consuming, easy to operate.
