结合云南公路勘察设计多年的实践和思考 ,以及公路工程建设对认识自然、改造自然 ,顺应自然逐年积累的经验 ,逐步完善形成了一些理念 ,试探高原山区公路勘察设计工程技术人员应具备的基本意识 ,与同仁磋商 ,以谋求高原山区公路勘察设计清晰的科学思路。
Based on many years’ practice and thinking of highway survey and design in Yunnan Province, and the construction of highway engineering, we gradually formed some ideas to understand the nature, reform nature, complied with the accumulated experience year by year and tried to probe into the basic awareness that highway engineering personnel should have , Negotiated with colleagues in order to seek clear scientific ideas for highway survey and design of plateau mountainous areas.
