笔者从内科、外科及基因治疗3个方面对甲状旁腺机能低下症的治疗作一综述.阐明内科药物治疗的方法及其利弊和外科治疗包括甲状旁腺组织移植、带血管的甲状旁腺移植、甲状旁腺体外培养后移植、经体外培养后的人胚甲状旁腺细胞移植各种方法的研究进展,并探讨基因治疗的可行性,指出研究方向.
