目的了解北京市高校医用X射线放射防护现状,为放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法根据国家相关标准,对北京市23所高校放射防护场所及61台医用诊断X射线机性能进行检测与评价。结果调查放射工作人员51名《放射工作人员证》持证率96.1%;41个放射工作场所防护水平,控制室门窗合格率100%,病人门合格率80.5%,机房面积和通风状况基本符合国家标准,医用诊断X射线机性能检测合格率91.8%。结论应加强高校放射工作人员的培训,加强候诊区辐射防护,减少公众辐射危害的发生。
Objective To understand the current status of medical X-ray radiation protection in colleges and universities in Beijing and provide a scientific basis for radiation protection. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the performance of radiation protection sites and 61 medical diagnostic X-ray machines in 23 universities in Beijing were tested and evaluated. Results The survey was conducted on 51 radiographers holding 96.1% radiological staffing certificates; 41 radiological workplace protection levels, control room doors and windows pass rate of 100%, patient door pass rate of 80.5%, room area and ventilation basically meet the national Standard, medical diagnostic X-ray machine performance test pass rate of 91.8%. Conclusion The training of radiological staff in universities should be strengthened to enhance the radiation protection in the waiting area and reduce the public radiation hazards.
