Mn(Ⅲ)-H_2QS体系的荧光在1.5mol/L H_2SO_4介质中可为CTMAB增敏,其最大激发和发射波长分别为270和470nm。以此为基础建立了一个荧光光度测定锰的新方法;其测量范围下限为0.5ng/ml。方法用于分析河水和底质试样,结果令人满意。
The fluorescence of Mn (Ⅲ) -H 2 QS system can enhance the CTMAB sensitization in 1.5 mol / L H 2 SO 4 medium with the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of 270 and 470 nm, respectively. Based on this, a new method for the determination of manganese by fluorescence spectrophotometry was established; the lower limit of measurement range was 0.5ng / ml. The method was used to analyze river water and sediment samples with satisfactory results.
