在酒店管理专业与企业多年合作办学基础上探索出以企业冠名、设奖学金、共同管理、合作培养、就业订单为主要内容的“五二.三一”校企融合式人才培养模式,以提高学生素质,促进学院发展,增强企业竞争力。高职院校应积极从校企合作长效机制、企业选择、专业课程体系、课堂教学、实训及学生管理等方面着手构建这一模式。
On the basis of many years of cooperation between the hotel management specialty and the enterprise, this paper explores the model of “52 May-31” school-enterprise integration talents training with the title of enterprise, scholarship, joint management, cooperation training and employment order as the main contents. To improve the quality of students, to promote the development of colleges and enhance their competitiveness. Higher vocational colleges should actively construct this model from the aspects of the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, enterprise selection, professional curriculum system, classroom teaching, practical training and student management.
