大学生职业观缺失主要体现在职业价值认知存在主观主义倾向,大学生职业理想凸现功利主义、社会责任意识淡薄,大学生职业道德无法满足社会要求等。根据马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说,要养成正确的职业观就要强化以感恩教育为主要内容的大学生思想政治教育,在校园中不断烘托感恩教育氛围,开展感恩教育活动,构建完善的感恩教育体系,发挥感恩教育合力,将感恩教育贯穿于整个大学生活。
