山东省嘉祥县被确定为济宁市水利执法体系建设扩大试点县一年多来,在县委、县政府的高度重视和各行各业的大力支持下,经水利部门的积极工作,县、乡、村三级水利执法网络已建立健全,并开展了卓有成效的工作。去年7月通过了市级验收,并得到较高评价。近8个月来,该县在县、乡、村全方位水利执法体系建设过程中,以狠狠打击破坏水利工程设施的不法分子为主攻目标。大张旗鼓地查处了17起水事违法案件,收取工程损失费3000余元;乡镇水利站共处理了80起破坏水利设施的案件,就地制止破堤取土案件120余起。收到了显著的社会效益和经济效益,初步树立了水利执法队伍的良好形象。 (陆诗图)
