目的了解家具制造企业职业性苯接触者的健康状况,评估企业苯职业危害现状。方法对234家家具制造企业1 521名职业性苯接触者进行职业健康检查,抽取其中39家企业进行作业场所中苯浓度检测。结果 90个采样点中,苯含量超标26个点(28.9%),甲苯超标2个点(2.2%)。1 521位劳动者中,白细胞低于正常84人(5.5%),不同性别、不同工龄劳动者白细胞低下率差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05),红细胞低于正常33人(2.2%),血小板低于正常5人(0.3%);心电图、尿常规、肝功、腹部B超异常检出率分别为7.7%、2.9%、2.0%、1.9%。结论廊坊市香河县家具制造企业职业接触苯的部分劳动者造血系统受到损害,企业苯职业危害较为严重,企业应采取有效措施改善防护工作,加强对劳动者的保护。
Objective To understand the health status of occupational benzene exposure in furniture manufacturing enterprises and evaluate the current status of benzene occupational hazards in enterprises. Methods A total of 1 521 occupational benzene exposures were surveyed in 234 furniture manufacturing enterprises for occupational health examination, and 39 enterprises were selected to carry out the benzene concentration test in the work place. Results Among the 90 samples, benzene exceeded 26 points (28.9%) and toluene exceeded 2 points (2.2%). 1 521 workers, the white blood cells were lower than the normal 84 people (5.5%). There was no significant difference in the leukemia rates between different sexes and workers of different working age (P> 0.05), and the number of erythrocytes was lower than normal (2.2%) , Platelet less than normal 5 (0.3%); ECG, urine routine, liver function, abdominal abnormalities were 7.7%, 2.9%, 2.0% and 1.9% respectively. Conclusion The hematopoietic system of some laborers in occupational exposure to benzene in furniture manufacturing enterprises in Xianghe County of Langfang City was damaged. The benzene occupational hazards in enterprises were more serious. Enterprises should take effective measures to improve their protection work and strengthen the protection of laborers.
