目的改进非职业接触人群尿中甲醇的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法尿样加入无水硫酸钠,在85℃条件下加热30 min,顶空法进样,经DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30.00 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果方法的最低检出浓度为6.25μmol/L,相对标准偏差为3.2%~9.2%,平均回收率为93.3%~103.0%。结论本方法简便、准确,可将非职业接触人群尿中的甲醇与杂质分离,适用于尿中甲醇的测定。
Objective To improve the method of determination of urinary methanol in non-occupational exposure by headspace gas chromatography. Methods The urine sample was added with anhydrous sodium sulfate and heated at 85 ℃ for 30 min. The sample was separated by DB-WAX capillary column (30.00 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) by headspace method and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector . Results The minimum detectable concentration was 6.25μmol / L, the relative standard deviation was 3.2% ~ 9.2% and the average recovery was 93.3% ~ 103.0%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can separate methanol from impurities in urine from non-occupational exposure groups and is suitable for the determination of methanol in urine.
