为提高大连市公民和机构的海外安全防范意识,向市民普及领事保护知识,大连市外事侨务办公室于7月7日至13日举办了“大连市海外领事保护宣传周”活动。此次宣传周活动主要有启动仪式暨第十次“大连外事讲坛”、在市出入境管理局办照大厅现场发放《中国领事保护和协助指南》等5项主要活动。
In order to raise the awareness of overseas citizens and institutions in Dalian and to popularize consular protection knowledge to the public, Dalian Municipal Office of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Affairs held the “Dalian Overseas Consular Protection Promotion Week” from July 7 to July 13. The promotion week activities are mainly the launching ceremony and the tenth “Dalian Foreign Affairs Forum”, the City Exit-Entry Administration Office issued the hall according to the “Chinese Consular Protection and Assistance Guide” and other five major activities.
