目的为了探讨食管静脉曲张套扎术的全程护理方法与临床效果。方法回顾性总结我院收治的1例食管静脉曲张相关护理资料。结果患者经治疗和护理后一个月时进行指标统计，胃镜检查结果显示一次套扎术后曲张静脉消失90%，手术后24h患者主诉咽喉部疼痛，系电子胃镜反复抽插引起，向患者解释引起疼痛原因，消除焦虑用生理盐水或复方硼酸液漱口，3d疼痛消失。结论食管静脉曲张套扎术的全程护理对缓解患者病情和提高手术预期效果具有积极的临床意义。“,”Objective To investigate the nursing method and clinical ef ect of esophageal varices ligation. Methods 1 cases of esophageal varices related nursing data were retrospectively summarized. Results Patients after treatment and nursing after a month of statistical indicators,gastroscopy results display a set of bar postoperative varices disappeared 90%,postoperative 24h patients complained of throat pain,fiber gastroscope repeatedly drawn in by,explained to the patient causes of pain,eliminate anxiety with saline or compound boric acid mouthrinse.D pain in 3 disappear.Conclusion The ful course nursing of esophageal varices is of positive clinical significance for the patients to relieve the il ness and improve the ef ect of surgical treatment.
