甲状腺腺瘤是甲状腺最常见的良性肿瘤 ,约占甲状腺疾病的 6 0 % ,占甲状腺肿瘤的 70 %～ 80 % ,1 0 %有癌变的可能 [1 ] 。为了进一步探讨超声对其诊断的价值 ,现将经手术和病理证实的 32例甲状腺腺瘤报告如下。资料与方法32例甲状腺腺瘤 ,男 8例 ,女 2 4例 ,年龄 1 9～77岁。
Thyroid adenoma is the most common benign thyroid tumors, accounting for about 60% of thyroid diseases, accounting for 70% to 80% of thyroid tumors, 10% of the possible cancer [1]. In order to further explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis, now confirmed by surgery and pathology of 32 cases of thyroid adenoma are reported below. Materials and Methods 32 cases of thyroid adenoma, 8 males and 24 females, aged from 19 to 77 years old.
