文章对复合式薄层罩面高性能混凝土的强度、粘结性能、耐久性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:由于双掺聚合物和矿渣,复合式混凝土的抗折强度与粘结强度较普通混凝土有大幅度提高,压折比和抗压强度下降,混凝土柔性上升。除了力学性能有显著改善外,复合式混凝土的干缩量小于普通混凝土,抗冻性、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性均有大幅度提高。通过机理分析可见,聚合物和矿渣可以通过改善混凝土的工作性和内部结构,因而大幅度提高其路用性能,非常适用于水泥路面薄层罩面。
The article studies the strength, bonding performance and durability of high performance concrete with thin laminates. The results show that the flexural strength and the bond strength of the composite concrete are much higher than that of the ordinary concrete due to the double admixture of polymer and slag, and the flexural strength and compressive strength of the composite concrete are decreased and the flexibility of the concrete is increased. In addition to the significant improvement in mechanical properties, the dry shrinkage of composite concrete is less than ordinary concrete, frost resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance have greatly increased. Through mechanistic analysis, polymer and slag can greatly improve the road performance by improving the workability and internal structure of concrete, which is very suitable for concrete pavement overlay.
