To analyze the genetic background and genetic characteristics of high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits of K-type high-quality wheat at present, and to explore the regular relationship between subunit composition and quality traits of the cultivars, providing a theoretical basis for future parental selection of wheat quality breeding .
