神经降压素(NT)对胰腺细胞及结肠细胞株具有促进生长调节作用,且胰腺癌细胞株有NT受体表达。此研究用同位素标记NT测试胰腺组织的NT-受体表达,从而探讨其临床意义。 方法:手术切除标本以及作病理学诊断的穿刺标本共检出24例胰腺腺管腺癌,男女分别为13、11例,平均年龄68岁(49~89岁),18例分化良好(Ⅰ-Ⅱ级),6例低分化腺癌。另收集慢性胰腺炎、正常胰腺和内分泌性胰腺肿瘤标本。 标本置液氮冰冻、制成10~20μm厚的冰冻切片,以~(125)Ⅰ-[Tyr~3]-神经降压素共同培育作组织
Neurotensin (NT) promotes growth regulation of pancreatic and colonic cell lines, and pancreatic cancer cell lines have NT receptor expression. This study uses isotope labeling NT to test NT-receptor expression in pancreatic tissue to explore its clinical significance. Methods: Twenty-four cases of pancreatic gland adenocarcinoma were detected in surgical specimens and puncture specimens for pathological diagnosis. There were 13 males and 11 females, the average age was 68 years old (49-89 years old), and 18 cases were well differentiated (I- Grade II), 6 cases of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Another collection of chronic pancreatitis, normal pancreatic and endocrine pancreatic tumor specimens. Specimens were frozen in liquid nitrogen and frozen sections of 10 to 20 μm thick were prepared and incubated with ~(125)I-[Tyr~3]-neurostatin.
