党的十三届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步治理整顿深化改革的决定》,科学地分析了当前的经济形势,正确地提出了解决问题的指导方针、主要任务和措施,这对我国国民经济建设克服暂时困难、实现健康发展,具有十分重大的意义。为了坚定不移地贯彻这个《决定》,必须继续坚持“双紧”的方针,自力更生,艰苦奋斗,围绕调整结构、提高效益,在提高产品质量、改善品种、增加有效供给的同时,努力节约挖潜、增加收入、减少支出、降低消耗、降低成本,以促进冶金工业持续、稳定、协调发展。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Further Deepening the Reorganization and Deepening Reform” adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee has scientifically analyzed the current economic situation and correctly set forth the guidelines, major tasks and measures for resolving the issue.
