在市场经济体制下,高校缺少技术转移的方法与手段,影响了高校服务社会的职能履行。高校资产经营公司根植高校,既懂得高校又具备市场的准入机制,它能把学校的科技成果(无形资产)变成经营资本,在市场中物化成价格。因此,它在以实现科技劳动者的劳动价值和在对社会经济建设的实际推动中完成高校服务社会的职能。研究结果认为,当高校资产经营公司真正将科技成果作为公司的唯一资本来源,而且自身也把科技成果的转移作为工作的唯一时,存在于高校的高校资产经营公司才可以说实现了它真正的价值。
Under the market economy system, the lack of methods and means of technology transfer in colleges and universities has affected the performance of colleges and universities in the service of society. University asset management companies rooted in colleges and universities, not only know that colleges and universities have the market access mechanism, it can be the school’s scientific and technological achievements (intangible assets) into operating capital in the market materialized into the price. Therefore, it fulfills the functions of colleges and universities in serving the society in order to realize the labor value of science and technology workers and actually promote social and economic construction. The result of the study is that when the university asset management companies truly regard the scientific and technological achievements as the sole source of capital for the company and they also regard the transfer of scientific and technological achievements as the only work, the university-owned asset management companies that exist in colleges and universities can realize its true value.
