由加入微量稀土获得了大幅度提高Cr-Mo-V系炮钢韧性的研究结果,在此基础上,对稀土在这类钢中的作用机理作了探讨研究。结果表明,稀土除具有除气、脱硫和控制夹杂物形态外,还具有提高钢的淬透性,减少淬火钢中孪晶亚结构,使孪晶型片状马氏体部分地转化为位错型条状马氏体等合金化作用。提高锻轧钢横向韧性是上述作用的综合效应,但又以前者为主导。研究了稀土在钢中存在状态和作用效果与稀土加入方法和冶金工艺条件的关系。
The research results of greatly improving the toughness of Cr-Mo-V gun steel obtained by adding trace rare earths are discussed. On this basis, the action mechanism of rare earth in such steels is discussed. The results show that addition of rare earth addition to gas, desulfurization and control of inclusions morphology, but also has to improve the hardenability of steel to reduce the twinned substructure in quenched steel, the twin-type sheet martensite partially transformed into dislocations Type martensite and other alloying effect. To improve the transverse toughness of wrought steel is the combined effect of the above effects, but the former is the dominant. The relationship between rare earth in steel and its effect and the method of rare earth addition and metallurgical process were studied.
