我院自1977年10月起开展痔的液氮冷冻疗法,至1979年12月已治疗300余例,现将随访资料完整的302例总结如下:一、一般资料本组男239例,女63例:年龄17～80岁。第一度痔12例,第二度201例,第三度89例(其中包括花圈状痔39例);病程自3个月至20余年。有45例曾行枯痔、结扎及手术等疗法而后复发。二、治疗方法(一)器械:我们采用上海手术器械一厂的YDZ-I 型冷冻治疗机。致冷源为液氮,致冷头表面温度为-196℃。(二)操作方法;事先应作肛门指检及镜检。确
