《维汉词典》是新疆人民出版社于1982年编辑出版的一部双语对译型工具书。共收录维吾尔语词23000条,连同列在词条内的固定词组、成语、谚语等,共约30000余条。同诸多双语工具书一样,它不会,也不可能提供维吾尔语言中的全部对译成分,但《维汉词典》却在突出维吾尔语言特点,制订适当的体例,规范选词录词标准以及译释词义等方面做了有益的探索,在使用中体现了自己的价值。
“Wikipedia Dictionary” is Xinjiang people’s publishing house in 1982 edited and published a bilingual translation tool. A total of 23,000 Uyghur words were collected, with about 30,000 articles, including fixed phrases, idioms and proverbs listed in the entry. Like many bilingual books, it does not and can not provide all the translational components of Uyghur language, but Uyghur-Chinese Dictionaries emphasize the Uyghur language, formulate appropriate rules, regulate the selection of word-selection criteria, and Interpretation of the meaning of words and so do a useful exploration, in use reflects its value.
