随着众多脂肪细胞因子,如瘦素、抵抗素、网膜素以及内脂素等的发现,长期以来被认为是能量贮备的脂肪组织,其内分泌功能亦逐渐被人们所认识。Visfatin是新近发现的由内脏脂肪细胞分泌的一种脂肪因子,与前B细胞集落增强因子结构相同,具有胰岛素样作用、能促进脂肪的积聚和合成、参与动脉粥样硬化的形成、调节血管平滑肌的成熟,并受多种因素调控,它可能是与肥胖、糖尿病等代谢综合征相关的蛋白。现主要探讨Visfatin与代谢综合征及运动的研究进展,拓宽研究药物治疗及运动治疗代谢综合征的思路。
