The free expansion rate and self-stress value of aluminate self-stressing cement are two important performance indicators for measuring and controlling the quality of aluminate self-stressing cement and its pressure pipe. However, there is little research on the quantitative relationship between these two indicators, but only on the recognition of some qualitative relationships. In the daily production process, the product quality is often controlled by the methods of measuring the free expansion and limiting the free expansion rate and the self-stress value of the expanded body. This ignores the inherent link between the two values under certain strength and reinforcement conditions. And in production practice, it is often proved that this method of individual measurement is not reasonable and some
