本文涉及有关可见、近紫外,近中红外光栅的刻划技术,着重研究衍射光栅的集光效率问题。结合近年来刻制光栅的经验,将影响集光效率的因素分为两大类(刻线沟槽的几何因素和物理因素)加以讨论。我们用电子计算机计算出理论集光效率曲线,得出了几个有益的结论。并从惠更斯原理出发,得出了复杂槽形的计算方法。
This paper deals with the scoring technology of visible, near-ultraviolet and near-mid infrared gratings, focusing on the problem of the collection efficiency of diffraction gratings. Combined with the experience of grating engraving in recent years, the factors that affect the efficiency of collecting light are divided into two categories (geometric factors and physical factors of groove trenches). We use the computer to calculate the theoretical light-collecting efficiency curve, and draw a few useful conclusions. Based on Huygens’ principle, the calculation method of complex troughs is obtained.
