报告10例存活10年以上的急性白血病,占同期急性白血病的3.0%。10例目前均仍无病生存,8例仍处于第一次完全缓解中。10例中急非淋(ANLL)9例,急淋(ALL) 1例。全部病例治疗前白血病细胞浸润及出血倾向较轻;在诱导缓解期间,周围血白细胞均明显减少,其中9例<1×10~9/L;10例均经过骨髓抑制而达到完全缓解。大部分病例维持治疗时间较长。
Ten cases of acute leukemia that survived more than 10 years were reported, accounting for 3.0% of acute leukemia in the same period. Ten patients are still disease-free survival, 8 patients are still in the first complete remission. In 10 cases, there were 9 cases of ANLL and 1 case of ALL. The leukemic cells infiltrated and hemorrhaged tended to be mild before treatment in all cases. Peripheral blood leukocytes decreased significantly during the induction of remission (9 cases <1 × 10 ~ 9 / L). All 10 cases achieved complete remission after bone marrow suppression. Most cases maintain treatment for a long time.
