在各级党委的领导下,巴彦淖尔盟一九七六年200万亩小麦夺得历史上空前大丰收,小麦单产、总产均比一九七五年增产三成以上,这是毛主席革命路线的伟大胜利,是排除“四人帮”干扰,深入开展农业学大寨群众运动,大批资本主义,大批修正主义,大干社会主义千出来的,是实行科学种田取得的丰硕成果。总结一年来在全面贯彻农业“八字宪法”,实行科学种田,推广小麦增产措施上,有以下几点体会:
